Brian Pierce, Owner, Garden Guy
Brian has always had a passion for gardening, and in 2002, after deciding to make gardening his life's work, enrolled in the Lake Washington Technical College to pursue his formal education in Enviromental Horticulure.

Brian's journey through the program taught him things such as plant ID, proper pruning, soil science, pest & disease diagnosis, and landscape design. He also had the oppurtunity to assist in creating a garden at the NW Flower & Garden Show.

After completing the program, Brian went on to complete the Washington Native Plant Society Stewardship program and has served as a native plant consultant for Woodinville's community gardening project: 21 Acres.

Now Brian gets to spend his days doing what he has a passion for and even gets paid for it! Since graduating he has had great success with his own business and has melded his love of gardening, the outdoors, and artistic abilities into outdoor spaces that feed the soul.
Audra Doyle, Owner, Garden Girl
Audra got her start in horticulture with family weekends working out in the garden and raking fall leaves in the neighborhood for cash.

In 1995, after years of working at an eastside nursery, she decided to commit to a formal education in horticulture and attended the program at Lake Washington Technical College.

In the years since completing the program she has followed many paths in the horticulture field. Her experience in wholesale growing, retail sales, plant purchasing, a strong background in design, and years of involement in the NW Flower & Garden Show have been a great contribution to The Garden Guy & Co.

She is also the office manager and gets to express her love of organization with every paper in its perfect place....
About The Garden Guy & Co.
The Garden Guy & Co. is co-owned by Brian Pierce and his wife Audra Doyle. Brian started the business in 2003 after completing the horticulture program at Lake Washington Technical College and although Audra has taken care of the business side of things since the start in 2003, it's just recently, since their marriage in 2011, that she has come on board full time. Brian prides himself on good communication with his clients and the ability to create reality out of the ideas and dreams that his clients see for their garden. No job is too small for The Garden Guy and Co. and the majority of our clients come from referral.
