The Garden Guy & Co. is currently looking for a full-time crew lead. The person we’re looking for should feel comfortable managing a crew in the absence of the owner, have a varied skill set, and creative problem solving is a must. You should bring to table at least basic skills in stone work, wood work, irrigation, and running equipment. If you have the potential, we are happy to add to that and mentor you in expanding that basic skill set. We like to think that our best employees are the ones who will one day run their own company – and we are supportive of that. I would encourage you to look at our photo gallery to see some of our completed projects.

We are a small design, build, & seasonal maintenance company based out of Monroe with an organic approach to our gardens. We do not mow lawns or do weekly maintenance. We have been in business since 2003, and run only one crew with the owner on-site for every job. We have a strong commitment to providing a positive work environment, maintaining good relationships with our clients, and taking care of our employees. We have a full schedule and steady work for the right people. Also, the right person should be reliable and dependable, able to communicate with courtesy to clients and coworkers, and able to take direction. Most of our work is located on the Eastside and meeting us at the jobsite is an option most of the time.
